PHOTOGRAPH OF JAMES GRAHAM DUFF WITH MR, MRS. SCOTT AND DAUGHTER
St. Andrews, Scotland
Nothing's worse for a genealogy or history search than a common surname, no first names for the mother or father and a first name only for a daughter who may or may not be married.
To boot there is no indication that the Scott family are consequential in any search pertaining to the Duffs or Clicks. Hence, I'm moving on at this point.
Seeing as I have nothing else to postulate about this picture I will rewind to another matter altogether. The other day while searching for information on Grace Click I came across her birth registry in the Port Huron, Michigan birth records and had quite a revelation: like her sister and brother Gladys and Carl she was also a multiple birth child!
Her twin Max Click lived just over 7 months and died on February 27, 1893.
I've also come across another sibling, Dolly Click, in several searches at familysearch.org. She was born in 1891 or 92 and according to the 1940 census she resided with her mother-in-law despite her marital status reading DIVORCED.
